The Strategic Urban Plan 2035 is a citywide participatory process that invites all residents, organizations, and stakeholders to take part in defining the roadmap for the city's development over the next ten years.
Through open consultations, deliberative spaces, and collaborative proposals, we aim to build a shared vision for a more inclusive, sustainable, and resilient city. This process covers key areas such as mobility, housing, green spaces, digital infrastructure, local economy, social services, and democratic innovation.
Everyone is welcome to participate—whether you want to propose an idea, respond to a survey, join a workshop, or comment on draft policies.
