Local Roots is a festival of ideas, debates, and collective action to boost local commerce and proximity-based food systems. Over two days, the conference brings together community leaders, researchers, producers, shopkeepers, policy makers, and activists to explore strategies for building stronger local economies, reconnecting people with food origins, and defending food sovereignty.
