Set up a tool library for neighbors to borrow equipment

Not everyone has the space or means to buy power tools, ladders, or gardening gear. This proposal promotes a “library of things” where residents can borrow equipment for home repairs, DIY projects, or events.

Managed by the city or a local association, it could also include short trainings and peer exchange. It’s a smart, sustainable way to reduce consumption and foster community cooperation.
