  How can we guarantee inclusive housing while allowing for economic development?
  - Perspectives from developers, housing rights groups, and policymakers.

  What trade-offs are we willing to make to become a climate-resilient city?
  - Contributions from environmentalists, local business owners, and civil engineers.
4. Digital Inclusion and Smart Cities
